It is worth mentioning that Shanghai's Jinshan District, the birthplace of Marshmallow, has been dedicated to promoting deep integration of industry, academia, and research. By fostering close cooperation with universities, research institutions, and businesses, Jinshan District has been advancing development. Under the drive of new productivity, Jinshan District has identified synthetic biology as a critical direction for industrial development, with the Shanghai Bay Area Sci-Tech City at its core, gradually forming a "one core, multiple points" industrial layout. This aligns perfectly with the purpose of the unveiling ceremony.

Industry-academia-research collaboration is a crucial avenue for economic development, integrating theoretical research with practical application and facilitating the transformation of scientific research achievements into real-world applications. At the unveiling ceremony, Shen Weiping, General Manager of Shanghai Bay Area Sci-Tech Development Group Co., Ltd., stated, "We look forward to the joint laboratory of Co-Fun Group and Jiangnan University injecting new momentum into the industrial upgrading and economic development of Shanyang Town and Jinshan District.
